Coilovers 101 - anyone have a link?

Hey guys,

So I ordered some coilovers from SPL. These will be my very first coilovers and while I have had many different spring.shock combos and done several swaps and understand suspension travel and damper, I dont have any clue as how to "tune" the coilover.

I read the SPL install guide but it still is confusing. Does anyone have a link to a picture step by step guide for setting a coilover or even a video would be awesome.
