I'm mid install as we speak. when i received my coilovers, the nut holding on the top mount to the coilover was partially on. Do I tighten this down or leave it alone? Do i tighten it after i put everything on the car or do it while its off. Thanks. sorry mods for wrong section, but it'll get more hits here. I'll post pics of the drop when i get done.

Tighten it before you put it on the car.

When I tried to tighten them, they were already at the correct torque. So I left em. Didnt mess with the backs either.

im not too famailiar w/ stance but if they are like silk roads that is the design, the nut goes down further then it appears. if u can post a pic of it tha tcould help. but as long as there isn't play between the mount and the damper shaft, and its at spec for the tq, you should be fine.
