Any members out there who installed aftermarker springs but later decided to install coilovers? Did you make the transition based on performance? I know coilvovers are far more expensive but perform better. Is the extra $$ really worth it going for the coilovers? I am currently running stock springs but I want to start making some nice mods to my car but I don't want to make the wrong decisions.

I installed Tein H-Techs first and then went to BC coilovers. The ride with the H-techs was smoother and felt great compared to the factory sport suspension...probably would not handle quite as well but who knows. The problem I had with them is they were too aggressive of a drop (.5" lower than the pic of my car with coilovers below) and simply too soft. The car scraped on everything. I could also not get the stance I really wanted.

Coilovers fixed me scraping everything and it handles great. It's stiff as hell though, even with softer rear springs (not as bad as it was). Everything is a trade off.
