Those are all fine if you are just looking into lowering your car, I hope you aren't planning on taking your Z to a track though.

(ive actually heard those coilover companies are all made from the same factory)

It has been said that BC makes coils for a tons of companies (megan being one of them). But fortune coilovers are made by fortune and fortune only makes fortune coilovers. I know this because I have been researching them for my 350Z as well. Thanks

+1.

A lot of guys are running Stance GR+ coilovers for the ability to slam their Z/G's. I personally would go with higher quality brand like HKS, Tein, KW, etc.
I recommend KW V2 coils because of their quality, comfort and stainless steel construction if you live in crazy weather and roads like here in Chicago. :dblthumb:

Edit: I just reread your 1st post, if you want to go low, then Stance GR+ would be your choice. Now you can either go with oem or true style, both have pros and cons. Make sure you get rear and front camber kits to save your tires. You will definitely need rear camber kit, but front is optional (depending how low you want to lower it). Many guys are running SPC rear and front camber kits (cheaper alternative to SPL or Cusco). Since you want to go, then get both front and rear kits. Do it right the first time. Have fun modding! :dblthumb:
