MZ! you were right,

-What does JIC USA do to my coilovers when we rebuild?Basically, it is replacing moving parts and parts that will wear under heavy use. When we receive your dampers, our highly skilled technicians will open up the coilover, replace the piston if needed, replace the main bearing, apply a new seal, put in a new o-ring, put in new oil, and give it a gas charge. At the same time, our technicians will check to see if there are any other parts that will be needed to replaced. When you get your damper back, it will be brand new internally and it will like the first day you received them.
PRICING FOR THE FLT-A2 SERVICES:
- Inverted Monotube Rebuild: $200.00 per damper/corner- Monotube Rebuild: $150.00 per damper/corner- Custom Valving: $100.00 per damper/corner (rebuild is additional to this cost)- Proper Set up, Cleaning, and Service: $70.00 - $140.00 (depending on condition and set up requirements)- Gas Charge / Increase Gas Charge: $35.00 per damper/corner (regular gas charge is included with rebuild)- Inspection / Trouble Shoot: Free (customer pays for shipping)
