coilover installation help

hi i have a 96 s14 and i was thinking about getting coilover suspension is there any site i can look to see how to install them? also i use this car as a daily driver and on week ends go to the track what would be a good type of coilover set to buy?

its not that difficult at all its pretty much take out your old spring and struts/ shocks as one assembly and throw the coils in and then do your adjustments once you see how it sits on the ground
