Hey guys, I couldn't find anything in particular to this, so I thought I'd ask here.

I just recently installed a set of coilovers from TopSpeed Pro. Install went fine, got everything set to a baseline adjustment as far as height and preload. Now, here's the question. Kind of 2 fold.

1.) How should the Front and Rear Dampening be set?
2.) Does anyone know how much dampening force each pip on the knob adjusts it by?

I would contact the vendor first, then the manufacturer if you cant get something out of the vendor, if neither give you complete and comprehensive info, take them off your car and send them back for a refund.

Why send them back for a refund? I followed you up until then.

Because if the vendor and especially the stated manufacturer of a product cannot provide you with complete technical support for their item it means they aren't worth a damn and are either producing ripoff parts of another company which not only violates patent and copyright laws but also means that they have not done their research and may be using sub-par materials and manufacturing techniques, or they are reselling as third party or even lower tier distributors a good that has no traceability or confirmation of quality. Basically people that drop-ship under a made-up brandname some cheap Chinese trash for a profit. That is not to say that TopSpeed is Chinese trash, I don't know, I've never dealt with them or handled any of their products, but EVERY vendor and manufacturer should:
1. Understand what they are selling so they can
2. Stand behind their product by
3. Knowing where it comes from and how to install/adjust/maintain/warranty it.
