I can't compare, but I can relate. I have a CUSCO Os-T Rear Sturt Bar and there are so many nuts, bolts, washers & spacers that I can't even start to think where they go. And the instructions are 6 pages of japanese with 2 pictures, so I am stuck... lol. Gives me an idea, time to see if anyone else has installed... thread time!

IIRC, the top picture is applicable to the 240SX. So, make it look like the top picture when you install it.

I didnt get all those crazy looking bolts with my coilovers. My rear setup goes is lower coilover mount (sticker facing out), oval shaped washer ( i have no clue what its shape function is), factory washer, and bolt through it all. With all those washers, my bolt didn't have to travel far to tighten down. This is all for S14, it might be different for you but probably not. Let me know if you have questions about how I set up mine.

So what actually goes through that hole in the Rear shock lower mount. Is there a part on the car that goes through that hole (then the bolt shown above goes into that car part to tighten). Because i don't see how that small diameter bolt would work. It would not be secure and would rattle around.

The factory bolt fit through perfectly. No rattleing, no play. Its all good. At least thats what i say now. I hope i dont break my car soon. Like I said earlier, my Silk Roads didn't come with any new bolts, so I just mounted it just like my original suspension, just with that washer in there.

And also, the S14 applied to the second picture in the Silk Road manual.

the bottom rear mount bolts are pressed in or something. I'd have to go look to be sure but the point is you *edit* can't move them. all you have to do is take the nut and the washer off and the top mount bolts too. then the shocks should slide off of the bottom mount bolt thingy(you may have to use a little force. really once you get under there you'll pretty much know what to do its really easy. but make sure you buy some pb blaster and soak them for a bit before you start.

I guess the S14 might be different than the S13. But that bottome hole on the bottom mount of the rear coilovers just slides overthat pinwith not gap or play.

As for a review, I sometimes forget I have 9/7 spring rates until I turn. They are valved perfectly in my opinion. The only drawback I can think of is that theyre only 8 way adjustable, but then how often do you go through 32 different settings? I can't tell you the time test, cause i've had them for about a week. But they feel very nice.
