supp pple..I'm going to buy stance gr+ for my s14 znk,but dang coilover is not like fork or spoon to me.I got a question.after i adjust the ride height by adjusting the lower bracket, how much I should spin the lower spring seat up? (to adjust the spring pre-load)I did search here; one review said spin it by hand until it can't spin up anymore then use wrench.Honesty, pple has different strength right?is there any role of thumb I could follow to set the spring pre-load or the pre-load adjustment is kind of trial-error?

please suggest

Bottom line, just make sure the spring does not move or jiggle around before you install the coilovers on your car, so "hand tight" is good enough..... unless you are a jellyfish......

^^ actually you dont have to have the spring tighten.. mine are loose... but you are going to have a lil bounce when riding but you can fix it by changing your dampening... but hell iono..

Yeah just give it a little preload or the springs will click when you turn.
