took my 94 Q45 to get an alignment. Tech called me with some problems. He said my car was sitting low in the front which was causing the wheels to lean inward at the top (camber i guess). he said that they were so far out of specs that the alignment would not correct this. He showed me that my tires were badly cupped on the inside of the tire. he suggested i replace the springs. Do springs wear out like this? How can i check the springs? Do I have to buy new ones or can i get some from a salvage yard?

thanks!

springs can deteriorate over time, its called spring "sagging" my 300ZX Z31 did this horribly, its a definite possibility. You may want to ask waht the ride height spec is for the car, and his mesurements(and maybe verify them).-chet
