Hi guys, I'm thinking of increasing the ground clearance of my 2006 M45 Sport by slight margins. What coil spring height/dimensions would serve my purpose? What are the dimensions/height (front and rear) of the stock springs?
Thanks.

How much more clearance are you looking for? You could go with a slightly taller tire, but going much taller will affect your Speedo's accuracy. You could also just add another spring seat on each corner. I'm not aware of any aftermarket springs that were designed to raise ride height. There's a few things you can do, depending on how much clearance your looking for.

Interesting link. I've found a way out by elevating the rear spring seats with rubber spacers. I think I've achieved some 0.7inch increase. I'm pleased with the effect of the improvisation. Probably my springs are beginning to weaken, though this is imperceptible for now. I'll consider replacing them next time.
Thanks guys.
Ps. How come spring dimensions are not mentioned in the literature? Or is that I've not searched enough?

Remember any time you change the ride height you should get an alignment.

Those work to keep the sag out of the springs but the metal adjustable units can really give you a boost. Don't know if you've ever seen the sag maximas suffered from 03+? But these are great helpers. Only issue is they have to be tight with the cars load off of the springs otherwise they may fall out while driving.
Is it the rear springs that you need to replace or front? I still have my oem rears if you want them free plus shipping. Pm me

Oh, how nice of you. But I'm too far away from you to be helped  I'll eventually change all. Thanks all the same.
PS. I'm in Lagos, Nigeria.
