I plan on changing my plugs this weekend. Then I ran across this on fb. Is this something that's common in the vq35de world?

Good changed my plugs today. Noticed the black tubing around the harness wires were brittle and breaking away. Any suggestions to fix. Also i found oil on my plug driver rear side. I plan on doing a Valve over job. Has anyone delt with Beck Arnley valve covers before.

I used both beck arnley and victor reinz valve cover gaskets on my old audi, and they both seemed to do the job correctly.
