Coil pack not firing with Emanage

(Searched)Today I brought my car to a good performance shop to get my emanage installed. The problem when I went to go pick up my car was that coil pack #1 wasnt firing but all of the other coil packs were fine. The car runs fine with the stock ecu but not with the emanage hooked up. Its hooked up to a redtop sr20det with a enthalpy rom tune. Is this the Emanage? or some other problem.
