WHERE IS THE COIL PACK LOCATED AND WHEN DO YOU CHANGE OUT?MY Q45 HAS 238,000 MILES ON MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION.

U are working with a Infiniti Q45 VH45DE! Your car has a coil pack for each cylinder so U have eight of them. If it's not broken leave it alone. The coils don't fail on 90 Q the screw on extension may arc if the plug well is not kept clean and free of oil [reseal of valve covers] or using non oem spark plugs changed at 4 years and or 60,000 miles.
