codes 34 and 45 (stored)

I have a 91 nissan 240sx KA24DE and i have codes 34 and 45 in diagnostic mode II. is there anyway to pinpoint the faulty injector and the fault in the detonation sensor circuit? Thanks for any help.

the method from the factory service manual suggests to pull each spark plug until you find one that is wet with fuel, then that cylinder pinpoints your leaking injector.

Before you actually check them, run the engine for maybe a minute or two and turn off the engine, then promptly check the plugs, that way any leaking fuel is fresh and detectable.
