Never try to fix something that isn't broke. Not sure what you mean by tune up?Aside from oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter replacement, tire pressure check, tire rotation, checking fluids, you should be good for 100k miles.

Why did you clean the throttle body?

How often do you replace your air filter & did you replace it as part of your tune up? My air filter box gets dirty with bit of leaves, dirt etc & i vacuum and clean it out good. Did you inspect yours & clean it out?

I installed new NGK spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body with a can of Wynn's Throttle Body Cleaner that comes in a spray can. Yesterday i took the throttle body off to inspect it and clean it some more everything looks ok...

Unplug the negative terminal and depress the brake pedal a few times. This will reset the ECU. If the code comes back on, you'll have to follow the instructions on how to reset the idle air volume learning.
