Code P0710: where is the transimission temp sensor?

Tried searching but no luck. I've got a '08 Coupe with the cvt and last night it threw code P0710. I looked at the FSM and seems it's a circuit problem with the transmission fluid temperature sensor. Where on the transmission is it?
I tried looking at diagrams and even called the dealership parts dept and they couldn't find anything either?

Anyone know where this sensor is located or had this problem before?

Well i never found the sensor location but did take the car into the dealership for further diagnostics and it turns out there is a recall on that sensor. Just FYI if anyone else runs across this problem on their car.
