P0603 is almost always the result of a low or dead battery. There's a bulletin about how to get rid of it:

Thanks, I really appreciate your quick response. My only other question is should I take the car to an Infiniti Dealership to have this diagnostic performed?

There's no need to if you have a scanner. Just follow the bulletin but use your scanner instead of the Consult3.
