Change the oxygen and knock sensors out. I know its $$$ but that will cure the running/gas mileage problems your experiencing.

Change it out I had the same exact codes right b4 my inspection and it sucked i had to tip the place a extra sum of $$ to pass me because the knock sensor is alot. Gas isnt going down and with thoes sensors bad youll end up spending more money on gas. my o2 sensor wasnt bad though it was "cleaned" and the code went away. I still got a Knock sensor code which is eating my pockets alive.. I also have/had the symptoms you are stating
