My car has code p0141. My evap check is incomplete. Catalyst is incomplete on the scanner. Do you guys know how I can fix this?

That DTC is for the rear O2 sensor heater circuit.
Its PROBABABLY a faulty sensor, but as always, a DTC relates to an entire circuit, not a single component. That shouldn't stop the EVAP monitor from completing, but it could have an effect on the enabling criteria of the CAT monitor though.
