Code 54 problem

OK i have an RB20DET in an s13 and i just got it running last night(PHEW ) but it wont idle on its own and so i checked the ECU and it said code 54... reset it and restarted still code 54... so i looked it up and its Auto signal to ECU... And i have read somewhere before that you can just ground that wire and it will take care of your problem but i dont know which wire to ground off the ECU??

ON the ECU there is 3 automatic input signals which one do i ground?5 engine. A/T control input signal (bt1) 14 engine. a/t control input sigal (bt2) 15 engine. a/t control input sigal (bt3)

Oh and the car has always been manual, but i got the front clip and it was auto, and i switched it to manual...

Bump, anyone have any ideas? Im trying to follow the wires back to the Auto transmission...

I was getting that same code the whole time I had my mototr, a converted auto from a Cefiro. I dont think thats your idle problem, mine idled fine with that code.
