code 51 injector circuit need help!!!

i have only had this car for 3 weeks and have already fixed a problem with a sticky injector after fix car ran perfect for about 900 miles now car will not start and has a stored code 51 has anyone else had this problem??

How did you determine it was the injector, and which injector was it?

A stuck injector won't cause the car to not start. Run rough, yes, but it should still start.

when i first bought the car it had a misfire so i used a screwdriver to listen to the injectors and found that the back injector on the pass. side wasn't firing so i tapped on it with a hammer/screwdriver and it started firing ran great for three weeks and now these problems?
