Ok Im 200 miles from home and got a check engine light. The code is 45. when I search for this I get every post with the word code and Q 45 in it .

Injector leak... If you know your injectors are OK, most likely O2 sensors..

Anything that causes the O2/ecu to sense that the adaptive learn is beyond 115% too much fuel which must be backed off to achieve 14.7AF or as they said sluggish O2, MAF voltage error..........coolant temp sensor not warming up enough [thermostat]...........somehow it is too rich compared to built in software program considers [normal conditions].
Bad plugs and a misfire would also do it.
