code 45 on a non-california model?

Has anybody ever retrieved a code 45 injector leak on a non-california model? My ECM and chassis is a non-california model type, but yet it still shows a code 45.

I have a bad exhaust smell and rough idle sometimes as if the fuel mixture is incorrect, but do not know why it is doing this?

All spark plugs are dry, and 45 is the only code stored.

The weird part is the check engine light is not on while driving the car.Nissan did not say anything else to me about the code in the past other than the fact that I had a fuel injector leak when they diagnosed the vehicle, which makes me wonder. I know I have a problem, just can't figure it out.

I replaced the injectors and still have the problem.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
