Does that mean the 02 sensor on the driver side if your sitting in the car or does it mean the o2 sensor for the left side when looking at the engine from the front of the car? I'm confused.

If you do the drivers side, go ahead and do the passanger side too.

You will notice a big difference in your gas mileage for sure!

did you reset the ECU after replacing them? If not it will continue to spit out the same codes.

If so, did you check the connectors to make sure they were free of corrosion. Could be a bad connection.

Does a code 33 automatically mean that the o2 sensor is bad? i check and everything is connected. Is there a way to check to voltage? If so what should the voltage readings be?

The code merely tells you that a condition exists which is causing the O2 sensor to read abnormally high or low. If you go to the second stage of testing (and watch the progression of the flashing indicator light), you can determine if that side of the engine is running rich or lean. However, you've already said that it's running rich. So, probably nothing wrong with your O2 sensor, which you said is new. More likely a bad injector in that the problem is just on one side. Use a multimeter to check the ohms on the injectors for 2, 4, and No. 6 cylinders.
