Ive applied pressure to the diaphram of the EGR valve and the car struggles to keep running. Now I need to know where the BPT valve and Exhause Gas sensor are, if you could tell me. Ive looked in my FSM but couldnt find a picture of them.

right near the egr valve is something that looks just like the egr that is your bpt. check the hose underneath it to see if it is burnt through. also check the steel tube going to the hose for being pluged with cardon build up. the sensor should be a 2 very small wire sensor mounted in the intake manifold the head of is 14 mm

I cant access the BPT valve, do I have to take the intake manifold off to check those lines? And also where is the exhaust gas sensor?

you should be able to reach around behind the intake manifold and feel the bpt hose off of a small ¼ inch steal tube. the sensor is in the intake manifold i believe between cyl 3 and 4 runners

Ok I replaced all the hoses even though none were burnt through or cracked or anything. When the engine is running I apply vacuum to the EGR and it nearly kills the engine. At idle I feel vacuum from the tube coming out of the bottom of the BPT valve but it seems when I rev it to 2k rmp's I dont feel vacuum anymore. I still couldnt find the exhaust gas temp sender though. What else could it be and what other tests can I do? any help is appreciated

EGR temp sensor, no I couldnt figure out what you mean by "in" the intake manifold, as in I have to take the manifold off and look inside? My FSM doesnt say where it is either. Could you be more specific, this info is greatly appreciated.

I'll look up its exact location today. no its externally accessable. There's no need to remove the manifold to gain access to it.

Ok on an automatic transmission the sensor is located right below the throttle and cruise cable housing mounting bracket.

On a manual trans it is near the egr sticking out sidways toward the passenger side of the car in the intake manifold.

And how do you test if the temp sensor is bad?

hook up a volt meter to the sensor start the car with it running reach under the egr and push up on the Diaphram inside it. if the system is in good working order the idle should stummble pretty bad and in some cases stall. if it has no effect your egr plumming inside the intake is probably clogged. if it does work try to get it to stumble the idle for awhile and watch your volt meter it should go from somewhere in the 3 volt range and drop to well under a volt within 30 sec or so. if it doesent drop under a volt pull it out of the manifold and inspect it for carbon deposits. you can clean it off with some good carb clean. look in the passage to for black deposits(Crusty black gunk) if you have that in there you neet to romove the allen plugs along the manifold in each runner and clean it good with some carb clean.
