Code 12 problem??

I was able to read the trouble code on my 95 240sx. It gave me a code 12 or MAFS. What are the symptoms of having a bad MAFS to the car?

Some cars don't like to idle. Some cars won't run worth a crap. I think Nissan programmed the ecu so the car won't run over 2500 rpm's if it is bad. Just check it with a voltmeter really quick and then you will know for sure if it's bad.

You should have 3 wires, a pos., neg., and an output. The output wire should read somewhere around .5 volts at idle and as the rpms increas it should increase also.
