code 11 CAS

i am throwing a code 11

symptoms are... the car revs slow and won't go above ~3k rpms, just gets there and holds.

the car idles fine at at ~800rpms

would a bad CAS cause those symptoms, and also, are there anything i can do to check the CAS short of replacing it with a new unit, and if so, is there a USDM cas that interchanges with the CA18

also, is there anything that may give a false code 11 or something i can look into that would make the ECU think my CAS is bad.

also, does anyone have a known good CAS for sale?
