6 The Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 1 Confirmed for March 19th 2009:

The map pack expands the addictive COD multiplayer experience with four new maps. Players fight through the burning streets of Berlin in "Nightfire" and take up battle positions in fortified Japanese bunkers in "Knee Deep." "Station" offers a bombed out underground train station, and the Nazi Zombies return in "Verrückt" (Zombie Asylum) featuring more weapons, new Perks-a-Cola machines and electroshock defenses.

The only reason I might buy it is for the Zombie map...

Otherwise the game is trash - COD4 was much better and has held my interest much longer than COD5. Treyarch didn't do such a great job...

Comparible in the sense that IW did all the work with the engine and Treyarch just threw some new paint on it and managed to ruin some of it...

Though I do really like the co-op mode on XBL - I love to play the campaign with my friends online - sometimes playing regular multiplayer is just annoying (campers, 4 year olds, etc...) New co-op missions would be sweet!

Simply put the cod4 engine is run & gun based which just isn't right for a wwII setting, I like using BA rifles and i'm good with them but there are only a couple of maps that I can really get enough distance to toe 2 toe with mp40's and thompsons.

best thing about W@W as opposed to MWF is the fact that your better blended with the environment.i.e. :when picking people off from 500ft on MWF it is way too easy to see someone running around, almost as if they are highlighted in the background.Where as W@W blends you in so that your not as noticeable.
