I use raid hornet insecticide...You can actually see them have a slow painful death (well it's pretty fast, but you get the point)..

it's very hard to miss too!!

See the thing is the house is suppose to be clean since I just moved into this apartment from NY.

I did live in Queens,NY I had rats and ants there but never freakin roaches everywhere.

Now in Im in Michigan because of school and this new apt is already starting to get on my nerves...

I used combat baits and I saw two cockroaches dying on my silverware... not pretty (twitching like they were having a stroke or something)...

Im thinking about getting one of those bomb like thing that fills your place with cockroach poison... has anyone tried this method?

3 months ago i started noticing small roaches... i went to target and bought some of those black square bait things. since then, no roaches.

but the problem with that is the roaches cant be that big... they have to fit in the bait. my friend has roaches twice as big as mine... she cant use the baits.

and i also hate roaches. at my old house one day, like 630 in the morning i woke up to watch some tv. i was laying flat down on my back and i accidently fell asleep, probably for only 5 minutes or so. when i woke up there was HUGE roach on the center of my chest staring straight at me. THAT FREAKED ME OUT SO BAD. i never wanted to lay on the floor again.

If you want a complete and long-lasting soltution call a professional exterminator.

Otehrwise they ahev these upright spray cans.Cover up food items/dishes set-uup a couple and set them off.

Them when you come back you get to sweep up the roaches with a broom.

Use Boric Acid... it works REALLY good!!! promise!! When we moved into this house, the ppl that lived here were nasty and left their little friends behind. We pourd boric acid all over the place and haven't seen one since.

Just get some of those bombs and cover up everything. Thats what we did for my friends appt. and it got rid of all the ones we didn't burn or smash. Did you try talking to your landlord about it?

If it is an apartment complex talk to the landlord. I've taken real estate courses and trust me, if an apartment is infested by roaches, it is rarely just their fault. Usually they are living in more than one apartment and they just move around the whole freaking building. So even if you call the exterminator, it might only solve the problem for a couple of weeks until the roaches from the neighbour's apartment come over and visit. Call the landlord and have him bring an exterminator in the whole condominium. It is in your rights to live in an aparment that is infested free.

I live in a family housing in my university campus. I called the pest control of the university and they came and applied gel all over the kitchen cabinets... hopefully that will kill those roaches..

Where do i get boric acid? I cant seem to find it anywhere. I heard this stuff works wonders as well.

You can get it at Lowes, Home Depot... places like that. They should carry it. Just ask someone first... before you waist your time looking for it... hehe!!

OH i just remembered some weird fact. if you lay out sugar and baking soda or something the roaches will explode because they can't digest it and the gases create pressure or something like that.
