so me and a buddie were talking about my wheel setup. i was looking for the widest wheel i can run for the money. i thought of cobra wheels. there cheap and wide like most hookers you find around these parts. lol, what do you guys think? size i would run would be around a 17x9 with 20 offset, and the rear are 17x10.5 with a 27 offset? anyone got pics too? ive seen them on a s14, but not an s13

i had a friend that had some on his 96. if you take out the centercaps like he did it looks pretty damn good. was pretty flush iirc. or at least close to flush with his meaty tires.

My time attack car has a set of the 17x9 +28 cobra r replicas and they look pretty good. They are about 24lbs though so not light at all. Were $260 for the set so I'm not that worried the weight for that price.

all they are is wheels that fit.....

I have some 15x10 with 295 65's drag radials wrapped on them, Just plain black American racing wheels but they fit and will do the job for my 1/4 runs

That car used to be on Craigslist if I remember, it was pretty sick for the price he was selling it at.

I just purchased some 17x replica cobra rims with a +24 mm offset. I hope they fit. I have the back wrapped in 255's and the front in a 245. I may do a 20-25mm spacer all the way around. Ill post pics when complete. Im just waiting till the weather to clear so I can pull these rear hubs off a freinds 300zx parts car. lucy me he has calipers to...but im waiting a few months to get those.
