The parts for my SR have started to arrive

Anyway, the hotpipe i've got is made of steel. It looks like it has a coating on the outside already, but the inside is still raw, and a little dirty, which i'm going to try and clean. I've already have some silver high heat paint that i used a while ago to coat a set of headers. I was thinking with long term life in mind, that i should try to coat the inside of this thing.

My only dilemma here is how the hell am I going to paint the inside of this long thing? What would be the best way with just this spray paint can I have?

I knew there was a reason why I asked. Now that I remember, that paint did crack, but that was on an exhaust header :) thanks
