does anyone know of a place that can dip my rims in chrome....and if so whats the price range they ussually go for?

why would you want to do that. chrome looks disgusting on anything but big body cars and suvs.

The process used to chrome wheels will also weaken the alloy quite a bit. I'd stick with a painted or polished finish.
