Well my uncles new 03 tacoma is already showing small spots of rust, he lives right on the bay. For you people that live around the cost and/or a place where they salt the roads, whats the best wax to prevent it? What do you use, and what is your recommendation for wax?

I really like NuFinish...

Before the 5 star and zaino police come, I recommend it... Ive had mine on for about a month now, and the bottle cost me $5 at dollar general (yes I shop there, yes there are hillbillies, no I am not one of them)... At a month, it still beads up very nicely... Its not like the day i put it on, but ive handwashed a few times within that time and it still beads, which has outlasted any other wax Ive had.....

It also shines better but I havent used a lot of other products yet... I am going to do that thing where they say to reapply another coat in 30 days, which ill try and do that tomorrow...

Obviously 5 star is the best you can get, but for $5 and a couple hours in an already boring afternoon, i dont see how you lose... So what if you have to reapply it, that $5 will get you many applications and the 5 star product is only to be used once!

Check out the threads on 5 Star Shine here. It will at least stop the rust from spreading.
