I replaced the clutch about a month ago and it engaged perfectly. It was pretty easy to spin the tires a bit on second gear without driving like a mad man. And now today when i was driving i saw the rpms go up from 2000-3000 but my speed didnt change at all. My guess was that the wheels just might have been spinning alittle from the rain (still raining hard at that time). I was on my way to the mechanics today to do an obd test on it for the white smoke (fuel filter was the culprit). And when i pulled out the shop and got back on the road (the road was completely dry at that time) it started to slip again on every gear. On the freeway it just felt like it was slipping the whole way home. My clutch cant be gone that fast right? Im not sure if the mechanic adjusted the bolt on the clutch peddle but i dont think thats it. Any explanations for this?

OK well i was searching around and havent really seen anyone with the same problem as me.. I did find something close but had a solution that didnt really apply to me. The slipping is much worse now and its doing something really weird that wasnt happening yesterday or the day before that. When i hold the clutch all the way down, it engages again and wont let me shift! Almost as if im not holding the clutch at all. And when i try to shift normally, it only gives me an inch of motion for me to shift. I hope someone can help me out because its got me stumped

hmm...did the clutch come with a new throw out bearing? Is there any noise that you can hear?

Yeah it did. And i havent really heard any noises but sometimes it randomly shakes and makes a deep vibrating sound. It actually sometimes goes away when i press the gas a little more.

I just talked to my friend. He said to bleed the clutch. Would that be the problem?

yeah... that why you keep experiencing different problems... when you push the clutch the air bubble move to different spots but dont escape... just bleed it from the clutch box and the slave cylinder and you should be in tip top shape
