Hi guys,

I need some help, I installed clutch master clutch with 600miles on it for my s14 Ka. I bled the system by presses in the pedal few time then holding it down and releasing the bleeder on the slave. I've done it over 15 times but i still cant get pressure. I've replaced the pivot ball, release bearing, slave, master cylinder and ss lines. I also dont have the damperner box. If i have the rear wheel up in the air i can get it into gear since it has no load on it but cant when its on the ground. I also have the rod adjusted to the fullest as well(pedal highest point).I need help badly guys

Is the slave moving the release fork at all? Should be 1/2 to 3/4 inch.

Is it a new clutch? Could be a bad PP, a lot of that going around lately.

Yeah, its usually too strong to move by hand. If the fork is moving then it something wrong with clutch most likely.

Clutch could work, but still not disengage correctly. That would be a sign of bad PP or PP and disc stuck together.

If the pp and disc are stuck together does it mean that it has be over tightened?

Forgot to mention. I had the new slave but i forgot to put it on the fork and pressed the pedal and the rod shot out. Would that cause to lose pressure?

If the rod shot out you'd need to rebleed the entire system.

Yes, thats how mine came, its super easy, just pull the rubber thing off and stick it in there..

Also remove the clutch damper block and it is super easy to bleed.
