Clutch will not disengage

i just completed my 5 speed swap and i cant get the clutch to disengage. i checked the fork it is ok,bled the system many times, it looks like the slave cant travel far enough to disengage. Any ideas?

Sounds like there is still air in the system. Did you install the damper that goes inline from the master to the slave cylinder ? If so toss it because it is crap anyways and s also probably where the air is trapped. Also, it could be that either the master or slave cylinder are just plain bad. Were all these components taken from a donor car or purchased new ? If the hydraulic components are from a donor car then they may very well just be bad. Those are the first places I would look though..........
