clutch wasted after 20k

im so choked i just had to get my clutch replaced again after20000km (like 12000miles)the machenic said it was because i shift at 3000rpm rather then at liek 2000i think thats bull****i would believe that if i just slamed in each gear but i let the rpms drop between gears so its smoothim thinkin its because i had a messed up slave cylinder for the longest time before i fixed iti also had to get my flywheel machinedim never goign back to people who did my clutch the first timeu would think they would see oh this guys flywheel needs to be machined llets phone him and ask him if he wants us to do thatbut noooinstead they must have thoughoh this ugys flywheel is ****ed. oh well. he'll just come back to us again when his clutch burns out in 6 months

95silviase, did those bosch +4 plugs give any advantage over like ngk's or whatever? im thinking of picking those up since my freind works at a car part store and can hook me up cheap.
