i just recently replaced my clutch... and now it makes a rattle/chattering sound in neutral. when i press the clutch pedal in the noise goes away. Does the problem have to do with my clutch or my transmission. Someone told me that the throw out bearing might be bad ...but it was replaced with the clutch. if the throw out bearing is the problem ...could it be faulty. The car never made this noise with the old clutch, problem occured once new clutch was put in. need some advice plz.

its your pilot bearing and/or throwout bearing. Its quite common for theses to go, a good rule of thumb is to replace both when your replacing your clutch,
