I'd say just adjust your pedal first.

thing about that is when the clutch pushrod is threaded all the way into the firewall I can use it but it has o free play N backing it off will make the softest pedal In a few turns and I can't fully disengage

Sounds like you're talking about adjusting the master pushrod/fork thing.
I'm talking about the pedal itself. There should be a bolt with a jam nut on it that sets the pedal height/free play adjustment.

Or if you have cruise control, there will be a sensor there that you thread in and out.
Here's no cruise:

ah ok yeah I was referring to the master cylinder rod...

the one your describing is in my ashtray lol its prolly my master cylinder failing aye? 3 adjusting bleeding and everything goes swell and I have a free play as it should
then one push to the floor and the whole thing goes limp with no chance of disengagement unless that bolt is removed and the pushrod is threaded in fully

does this make sense let me know if that wasn't a good enough explanation of what's going on

Yeah it sounds like a clutch hydraulics problem, not with the actual clutch itself. That means you can fix it without having to pull the transmission! Wohoo!!

Its probably a safe bet to just replace the master and slave, along with getting rid of the damper loop/box.
