I have a stage 3 clutch and noticed it doesn't activate until i pretty much let all the way out on the peddle. It also slips quiet a bit? It didn't do this when I first got the car so I don't really understand. It has fluid. Any suggestions?

Have you adjusted the clutch pedal free height? You might be keeping pressure on the clutch when you shouldn't be.

How do you do that?

Sort of covered here:

Basically you go under there and adjust the stop bolt on your clutch pedal bracket. That should give you the free height. You can then lower the clutch pedal from there via the master cyl rod (if you so desire), and adjust the free height as necessary.
