Is the clutch hydraulic? Mine won't engage anymore and there is absolutely no pressure on the pedal.

A common issue is the slave, they usually will start to leak allowing air in the system. Easiest way to check it is to roll the rubber boot back a little on it and see if it's wet inside.

Thanks guys! I noticed it felt soft two days ago and when I got in my car yesterday it had no pressure and the pedal wouldn't even come back. Now seems like a good time to start my swap lol.

Any recommendations on what fluid to use?

I used synthethic DOT 3/4 brake fluid in mine. Working fine. It is not easy to bleed it by pumping the pedal like brakes, I would recommend using a brake bleeder. Will make it a much faster process.
