I'm having a hard time understanding your post. Explain some more please, but I'd check your slave cylinder and master cylinders first. If they are fine, take the transmission out and let us know what's wrong.

It really sounds like the slave cylinder. I replaced mine with one from Oriely's for $15 and it has a lifetime warranty. I put a braided clutch line in and removed the "BOX" that is in between the master and slave mounted on the passenger side frame rail. Enjuku tech told me that it regulates pressure to make the clutch soft in stock form but it shoud be removed if you are running a heavy clutch. I drag race my car and was always losing pedal feel at the track and it feels very good and consistant since I made these changes. It cost me $55 for the braided line and the slave cylinder and takes 15min. to change both. It is worth a try before you pull the transmission. I run a six paddle competition rated at 450ft lbs and a JGY 10.5lb flywheel and do 7K clutch drops on drag radials on a regular.

I think it's your slave, but yeah, try bleeding the system first. If you still have the stock dampener box, it will be a PITA to bleed. If you've removed it, then it takes very little time to bleed. Pull the boot aside on the slave, if you see fluid leaking past the seal, it's bad. OEM Slave is only ~$45.

Just an FYI I installed a new slave from Autozone and it didn't let the pedal come up enough. Make sure you go with OEM and not cheap imitations on that part.
