i was at a light and i reved it to 5000 rpms and went to take off and the clutch stuck to the floor board it does this once in awhile i have to manually pull the clutch pedal up with my hand. it seems everytime i rev it out and go to take off the clutch goes to the fllor or if i smoke my tires and go to take off the clutch is on the floor any suggestions

Return it to the dealer for warranty repair.

I would suspect the throw-out bearing.

Don't be too free to mention the 5,000 rpm engagement as I would consider that abusive/racing behavior which is not covered by warranty.

You might research this a little more in our G35 forum. I have read that what you're describing is a normal feature built to protect the clutch - but I just noticed it in passing... maybe even on another forum.

I also recall something like that which prohibits engagement above 3K rpm.

Either is pretty abusive. Don't know what it proves except drivetrain life will be shorter.
