clutch ?

ok, i'm getting my CA from dauntt whenever he gets them in. but i am planning on using a resurfaced SR flywheel, and i have a spec stage 3 SR clutch. now i've heard that a maxima throwout bearing is actually better than the spec one. if so what year do i get. and is it a good idea to replace the pilot bearing also, if so will one from a ca18de or something work. thanks alot
