clutch squeak

Hey guys... new to the forums but love what I see. A lot of info on all sorts of diff nissans. I did some searching and couldn't come up with anything. Sorry if it's been talked about before, just link me if it has!

Anyways, I drive an 02 Spec V. My car has developed this horrible squeaking sound which seems to be coming from the clutch, although it sounds just like a belt squeak. It only happens when I'm starting from a stop, whether it's first or second. It seems to happen more when there's too much load and not enough power (let out clutch a bit too far and not giving it enough gas). Any idea's on what it could be? Never had a stick before, don't know what it feels/sounds like when the clutch is needing replacing.
