OK. I've adjusted the clutch pedal, I've bypassed the stock dampner box, I've installed an SPL braided clutch line, and the clutch still feels like complete s***. Pedal feel is terrible. PLUS, I feel like it's just not grabbing the way it should (I have yet to spin the tires in my car; even if I wind it up to around 5000 and let the clutch out quick, it just squats and goes).

What can I possibly do about this? It's a brand new Exedy 300ZX N/A stock replacement clutch, which I figured should be fine for my power levels. I mean, it was designed for the 300ZX, which has about the same horsepower and MORE torque than my engine does.

Do I need a stronger clutch? What about the slave cylinder?

my RB20's clutch isnt working right either, its a 300zx exedy clutch, it seemed to fit fine but its not disengaging properly. Sometimes it takes 2-3 clutchings to disengage. Grabbing i dont think is 100% either. very soft pedal. What are we doing wrong?

change your pedal adjustment, it took many tries to get mine acceptable on my RB25.

My pedal is not too bad, its kinda short, but I have a six-puck so thats nothing too off. My clutch is fully engaged about 1/3 of the way down, and from there its all spring to the floor, no clutch feel.

Its a Spec stage three unit BTW.

Try bleeding the system again, sounds like it has air in it.

when you have the flywheel resurfaced they make the inside ring taller then the out side ring. so it you are looking at the flywheel i think about the first 1-2 inchs is lower the inside.
