My clutch is an Exedy stock replacement. It has been on the car for about 2k miles. Recently it has started slipping, not when shifting gears but when i'm in 3rd, 4th, or 5th gear if i gun it, the revs shoot up about 500 rpms, and then come back down and then it accelerates. It seems to do it less after driving around for a while i guess after the clutch warms up???? But the flywheel wasn't resurfaced so i think that could be the problem....anyone????

Is the clutch engagement point way up high or is it normal?

It's normal, I checked the clutch pedal last night, and it seems after my car has been run for maybe 20 minutes and driven around it doesn't slip at all. :(

well wouldnt think the flywheel would have anything to do with it but you definately should have gotten it resurfaced when you replaced the clutch.

sounds like you didn't get all the air out of the line. Unhook that damn little box on the pass side that the clutch line goes to. Hook the 2 lines that go in and out of it together and then bleed it. Clutch should work tons better after that.
