SO my clutch slips really badly...however its not due to a bad clutch...I replaced the clutch, springs and throwout bearing not but a few months ago.

The interesting part about it is that my slave cylinder pin was getting bound up.

the piston inside the slave would push all the way out until the piston would be literaly outside the slave itself and the whole assembly would bind up...me my friends and my dad assumed the clutch fork was bent, so my dad fabed up a extra long slave cylinder pin to make the clutch work, which it did it just slipped really badly

So that brings us to today,i finnaly separated the engine and transmisison.
Took my good clutch fork and compared the to the "bent" one I could only see maybe a mm diffrence between the too when both laid out on a flat surface.

I am already ordering a nismo pivot point, and have a new fork, throwout, springs, pilot bearing and clutch, however anyone got any ideas as to what is causing my problem i'm a little lost here.

This happened to me slave binding, clutch slipping, check the throwout bearing and make sure it is lining up with the shift fork there are those metal clips that have to line up.

Okay so I have all my new parts coming in through the local Nissan dealer ship anybody have any other ideas before I throw this together this weekend?
I figure I'm replacing everything so it should work fine correct?

Even got a brand new rubber boot on the way the one that goes around the clutch fork ( hopefully it might be out of stock which I hope it isn't)

Flywheel resurfaced? If not, the recessed ” grove” from the clutch disc can cause the pressure plate to not be able put all its force down. I actually had my machine shop machine where the pressure plate actually bolts, more then where the clutch disc seats to make sure the pressure plate was forcing down as much as possible.
