I think my clutch is going out. I have just recently noticed that sometimes in 4th and 5th when i give it gas the rpms will shoot up like im revving the car and then after a while they will come back down. Is it time for a new clutch or could it be something else? could my clutch just need adjustment?

When I got my s14, that is exactly what it did, I replaced it with a new clutch, and it has not happened ever since. I would say the Clutch is bad.

I think just an oem replacement from like autozone or somewhere of the sorts is probably about $150. Just remember to resurface your flywheel correctly before you have it replaced and installed...

my s14 did the same thing when i got it. if i remember correctly my clutch kit was 130 from advance auto. i had it put in and that cost me 350 with my flywheel getting turned. looking back on it now i wish i had got a new flywheel

Buy from this seller. Actually, I ordered mine yesterday. No one can beat their price. They sell authentic stuff. Combined shipping is available and you should get it in 3 business days. They shipped it out same day and mine should be here on Monday according to UPS tracking site.

No prob. I searched a lot, but couldn't find lower than that price. Their customer service was really good too.

Yup, Exedy is the real deal, i have experience with the oem replacement, stage 1 and the stage 2 from exedy and its worth every penny, its a brand that has lots of research and development that went into there products.
